Discussion: Syncing Fuze on Vista Premium

PLEASE HELP.... Unable to SyncFuze on Vista Premium I can not get the phone to sync, I have info on and if I remove the association all of my info will be deleted. The CPU is telling me the device is not recognized and windows said that the drivers are up to date so I am at a loss. I have alreay done a hard reset to resolve the email issue, now I want to restore my contacts BUT I CAN'T because my device is not being recognized. I do not have any firewalls up and it is set up to recognize USB connections, I do not know what else to do. Please Help!!!! Thanks


I removed the association and removed and reinstalled the program. my device is not being recognized and i can not add a new association. i've talked to at&t they directed me to htc, i talked to windows support and they directed me to htc, i've talked to htc twice and it's still not working. i have just sent ANOTHER email to htc i sent screen shots and maybe they can help or maybe not i'm banking on NOT because they haven't helped yet.
