HTC touch camera flash not working

I have a HTC touch and the camera flash was working when i got the phone. After i did a reset, it stopped working and i have not been able to get it to work. Does anyone know how to make this work ? If you do please help.

Do you have a quality picture of the back of the phone you can provide? Also, if you can provide a picture with the back (battery door) cover off, that would be even more helpful.
