I have attempted the ROM update for my Touch Pro and continue to recieve Error [294]: Invalid Vender ID. Anyone having the same problem? Error message list says I have to unlock my phone? Do you find this valuable?

I flashed my Sprint Touch Pro when the upgrade was released a couple days ago. The only problem I'm having with it is Sprint TV isn't working. HTC suggested that I flash it again and see if that fixes it. By the way, Sprint Navigation isn't part of the new ROM so you have to go through the hassle of finding the correct install cab for your TP. Do you find this valuable?

Just an update: I flashed my ROM a second time with the latest update. Everything went well, but Sprint TV still can't be opened. Looks like my next step will be trying to get a Sprint TV install cab from Sprint. Do you find this valuable?

I'm sorry that this is sort of off the original topic, but I just fixed the problem I had with Sprint TV not working after flashing my ROM due to a missing component. On another web site I learned that there is a Sprint TV cab in Touch Pro's Windows folder. I ran that cab and now everything is working correctly! Do you find this valuable?

Backing up to Outlook is not the only way, There are many apps for your phone which back up your contacts to your storage card, Sprite Back up and Pim Backup , to name two.

Pim Backup auto backs up my contacts SMS and emails everyday at 2 am. Everyone should back up at least once a day.
