"I tried to change registry on Touch Cruise and ended up with the phone unable to start up. I had to do a hard reset. Luckily, after the hard reset the set-up menu allowed me to choose English as an OS language (the original was Czech). So this solved my problem after all."
Do you know if hard reset always gives a new language option?

What do you meen by copy and past to new english version?? what do I copy to where. There is no startprograms folder in my windows directory... Am I missing somehting? I have the Dutch version and am trying to get the english working

I have managed to chnage the mui reg setting to 1032, I can't find the hkey_user though.
Please help!

There is no registry edits or copy and paste solutions. The only way that the language of the phone can be changed, is to flash a new rom on to the phone in a different language.

Since all phones are locked to a specific rom, you need to unlock your phone with a 3rd party hack, find a rom that is written for your phone model and in your desired language and flash that to your phone as you would a new rom. There is no quick, painless, official way.
