Why does the unit "crash" and need a "hard reset"?
Jun 11 2007, 8:38 AM EDT
I have had to do this twice now. It runs great for a while, then all of the sudden I cannot do a simple "soft reset" It locks up upon boot up, at the blue Windows Mobile screen. The unit sitts there for ever!! I tried charging, and lettin it sit on this screen, etc. but nothing woked. I am about to do the "hard reset". There goes another 8-hours of software re-loading.........

My device is password protected and the password doesn't work anymore. How can I do a Hard Reset if it is Password Protected with no password?
