Phone not hanging up. Apr 20 2007, 1:57 PM EDT This problem occurs every-so-often. It can be an incoming call or outgoing. After attempting to disconnect, phone will remain connected 10, 20, 30 seconds plus. Once I had to shut phone down to disconnect. Any idea? 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Phone not hanging up. Apr 21 2007, 8:58 AM EDT i'm curious... if you went so far as to create a whole new page to ask this question, why didn't you ask the question on the page you created.... as opposed to commenting to the blank template? as for your problem... probably a WM5 thing. check if you have the newest ROM from your carrier. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. RE: Phone not hanging up. Jul 18 2007, 12:33 PM EDT You are not the only one having this issue. I also have an 8525 and every once and a while my green and red phone buttons will not function. The softkey buttons do still work however. I have to power the 8525 off and back on to temp resolve this issue. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Phone not hanging up. Jul 31 2007, 3:21 PM EDT SAME ISSUE!!! Very frustrating... I noticed as someone else posted the softkeys still work. Needless to say it is easier for someone with larger fingers to hit the buttons. This phone seems to have a few quirks, this being the worst for me. Good phone though, hope the updates solve it, I haven't tried that... Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Phone not hanging up. Jun 18 2008, 11:05 AM EDT I've got the same problem w/ my AT&T Tilt w/ WM 6, have had it for less than a week now. A 1 minute call I thought I hung up from turned into a 2 hour call. All incoming calls were routed to VM, so I had no idea that people were calling me. The battery drained to very low by the time I noticed it. I plugged it in, thinking that if it had better power, that it would accept the key command. No luck. While plugged in (USB), it then powered itself down and up again. When it came back up, the connection had dropped. What a PITA. Do you find this valuable? |
