Anonymous 		screen and blocking problem

I have a problem with my HTC P3600
The "start" menu begins to pop-up continuesly and the touch screen stops functioning.
Soft and hard format didnt help.
Taking out the battery for 10 minutes helps but the same thing occurs again when I try to activate programs.
(As I search on the internet forums, I saw many who has the same problem.) Do you find this valuable?
