My device cannot connect with my system. I have installed Activesync 4.0. what might the problem Do you find this valuable?

You need Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista or Windows 7 and the Active Sync 4.5 for XP . What kind of phone and Pc do you have ? Do you find this valuable?
