FUZE long press end key settings

Is there a known way to enable the long press end key setting to both lock the phone and terminate data connection. The registry will only accept one number entry (1-4) which relates to the 4 selections. When I send receive for POP mail the data connection stays alive after the mail processs states disconnecting?
