HTC pro is not turning on !

I can't turn on my htc, when i try to do it a weird message appears:
" this operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Pres action to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel"
and i don't know what to do i tried pressing the red key but nothing happens

The screen you are getting is the Hard reset screen, if you press the Send key, all of your data will be wiped from the device.
Press the End Call Button to cancel that action. If you still cant get out of that screen, try a soft reset using the stylus.
If still no success, you will need to proceed with the Hard Reset.
If that still doesnt do it, then you will need to locate a copy of the ROM and reload it on the device.

the reset doesn't work!! Do you know how i can locate a copy of the ROM??
