HTC locked every 5 minutes on sbs 2008

Hello,
Last weekend we migrated to sbs 2008, now we have the problem that our htc is locked every 5 minutes, so we tried to unlock it again and again, i assume it's a problem with the security policy of exchange(???). Who can help me!!! Do you find this valuable?
