We have a TYTN11 which for some reason has stopped syncing with our exchange server. All settings that I can see are correct. Any help?

What is the error message you get when you try to sync?

There is no error message it just says sync none. Somehow this device is now showing Windows PC as well when it syncs. I think the user has done something that they wont admit to. We sync these devices via an exchange server not pc.

Your best bet will be to delete the partnership in Activesync and set up a clean partnership.
