Discussion: S710 on the 'fritz'

S710 on the 'fritz' my unit "shuts down' when pressing any button. in a dark room, you can still see that the screen is still on where you can see a black color on it. the screen is blank. and at this point if your press any button. randomly it will occasionally re-start or more often the re-start, vibrate and show the htc logo screen. to re-start in a new cycle, the battery has to be removed, then placed back in, and the start button pressed. this re-start on a 9 out of 10 times will not correct whats i just explained.
i even did a complete 'cold' or new re-boot to no avail. any incite on getting this unit to operate properly would be greatly appreciated.  out of  found this valuable.
