Just install BB .4.0.0.104.cab on my Wing (new ROM WM6.1 from Tmobile 4.26.531.1), and BB Connect Desktop 4.0.0.22, I have even change my plan to Tmobile BB Data plan, but hours frustration lead me to nowhere
On my wing, I got message of "IP Address : No Connection"
On desktop, I got message of "You account is not provisioned ...."

Any people can shed some lights, please!! Do you find this valuable?

Did you Soft Reset your device after TMO provisioned your BBC service?
Have you disabled your Activesync Connection?
In the BBC Settings, did you try Suspend and then Resume to see if you can register with the BBC service? Do you find this valuable?
