I cannot connect via USB and Vista 64

Please can you help as I acnnot see my PDA or connect using WMDC to my P3600 after lodaing VISTA business 64 bit. I only have USB as my PC does not have bluetooth

i already try to install and uninstall di WMDC 6.1, it does sync but when my htc tytn switch to internet sharing, the driver doesn't recognize it, and i have try with update windows solution, still doesn't t recognize it? in XP i had no problem with activesync 4.5 when connect to internet sharing, please help me the solution for this problem??? because now i can't Online mobile on my laptop....
