Deleting "unnecessary programs"

I have the T-Mobile Wing. How do I determine whether or not I may delete some programs (for more storage space), without affecting other important programs and features. Disregarding the storage card, I'm talking about the main storage memory. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

IF THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO REMOVE IS FACTORY INSTALLED,FORGETABOUTIT,IT CAN'T BE REMOVED.YOUR MENOU SHOULD SHOW YOU A DISPLKAY AS TO WHICH PROGRAMS CAN BE REMOVED Do you find this valuable?
