problem with email - att employee messed up my phone! Aug 18 2008, 10:44 PM EDT I went into an att store because I had a problem with a game working. They played with my phone for 45 minutes, gave my phone back, and now I no longer am able to use my hotmail on my phone - the most used feature for me! It won't let me re-register, it tells me I am no longer able to download email messages to this device. The guy who screwed up my phone (the assistant manager!) said, "oh. I don't know what I did. Sorry about that." and couldn't fix it. On the front screen it still says: Messages: 2 unread Hotmail: 4 unread and in the past I would just touch "hotmail" and up would come my inbox. but now I no longer have hotmail. There is no way to access my hotmail! How can I fix this? And.. Shouldn't the store take responsibility for screwing up my phone??? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Your best bet is to delete the account and set it back up again. Did you have it set up via Xpressmail? BIS? I need to know how you set it up to give you instructions... Do you find this valuable? |
