He is a god in screen repair. i was able to send my phone on a Monday afternoon and i had it back on a friday afternoon in GREAT working condition. i was so nervous sending my phone to a stranger all the way from Seattle and i live in north Carolina so i kept sending him messages because i was nervous but i learned he is a businessman to count on and replied to everyone of my emails. i would not hesitate sending my phone back to him theres any problem with it.

After getting jerked around by the ATT reps I was happy to find Matt! He not only fixed my screen but also got my hinged fixed as well and not a bit of hassle. I would recommend Matt any day he was polite, courteouse and prompt and not to mention he said what he could do and he did it!Dawn Smith |

23. RE: T-Mobile Dash Cracked Screen
Sep 3 2008, 10:23 AM EDT
In the past 19 months that I owned Dash T-mobil the screen cracked 3x times,Once it was accidentally and twice just by itself. The first replacement of the screen was done in Santa Barbara, T-mobile specialist for the double of price and time. Second time it happened in Europe, there T-mobile couldn’t help at all and I have to go to a third party – the cost of the repair was kind of similar to MDR’s price but I was without the cell phone for three weeks. This time around I didn’t hesitate I call Mark, got the price quotation and sent the phone. Before I could send payment via Pay-Pal, Matt call me back that my phone is repaired. I don’t have any problem since. Would I recommend MDR services, what do you think? Hell, yes! The only thinks I regret now, to ask MDR and/or Matt if they could update my Dash to Window version 6 but I didn’t have backup of the phone data at that time. I’m using Mac OSX and somehow I cannot synchronize those two devices. Anyway thank Matt for the repair and the speed ….. Martin |

Matt did a great, and amazingly quick, fix to my AT&T Tilt. The screen was corrupted and invisible. I found Mobile Device Repair through an Internet search. Matt's price was very fair. I had a 4 day turnaround from Wisconsin to Seattle. Amazing! ... I highly recommend Mobile Device Repair if you have a problem with your AT&T Tilt screen. Walter - Racine, Wisconsin

I dreaded spending another 400 dollars on my already expensive phone and found mobile device repair online. At first i was reluctant but matt kept me updating with emails constantly. 1st attempt went VERY quickly except the phone slipped out of the bubble wrap in the post and cracked the screen. I sent it back with no problem he fixed it again free of charge, and sent it back express mail . Amazing service i had it fixed and back to me in no more then 4 days. Dont hesitate to do business with mobile device repair

From initial contacy on Sunday, to return of my phone thru the post office on Saturday, Matt was quick with responses and repair (excellent, I might add). I live between Boston and Cape Cod, so to send and get back my phone within a week was a blessing. I highly recommend Matt to anybody who needs this type of service.Patrick |

I cracked the LCD on my ATT Tilt. Matt is a lifesaver. Found him with an Internet search and decided to go with him based on the strength of the feedback in this forum. I was NOT dispointed. The phone looks and works like new. If I didn't know it, I'd have never guessed it had been broken and repaired. Aside from the quality workmanship, Matt was quick to respond to my emails and stayed in touch through the whole process. The phone was turned around in a day, and shipped back promptly with a tracking number. I can't say enough good things about Matt.

Just an FYI for people who have asked lately, we have moved our repair service to south central Wisconsin to help make shipping faster and more convenient for people all through the country. Despite the move, our repair and customer service standards remain as high as ever.

Just another very happy customer here. My HTC 8925 (tilt) didn't have any cracks or anything in the LCD, but all of a sudden a couple weeks ago, the screen was almost entirely white, which left everything on the screen barely legible. Considering all of the talk about the White Screen of Death, I was weary that my problem might not have to do with a bad LCD. Regardless, I sent my Tilt to MDR on a Monday, and now it is thursday and I have gotten an email saying that my phone is fixed, working great, and already on its way back to me. I cannot imagine a smoother transaction than this one. I have never been so happy to spend $85 to fix a phone, especially considering that all of the alternative places were priced at about double that. I am extremely happy with my decision to use Matt's service, and would recommend anyone that needs this type of service to go to him first.
