RE: Does HTC touch Diamond work in USA ? Jul 10 2008, 9:47 PM EDT "heyYes it will, but you need to buy an unlocked phone and you need to put in a sim card from a US carrier. The phone comes in CDMA model, works on Verizon or Sprint depending on the frequency bands. Or the Gsm model which will work on AT$T or T=Mobile , again depending on the frequency band. RE: Does HTC touch Diamond work in USA ? Nov 24 2008, 5:37 PM EST "heyThere is a US 3G version that should work on AT&T in the US on 850/900/1800/1900 and provide high speed GSM data service. The European/MiddleEast/African version also will work on AT&T on 850/900/1800/1900, but will only provide the lower speed Edge data service, since it lacks GSM service on 850 needed in the US.
