Two weeks into owning Verizon's version of S710 (SMT5800VW), I believe it is an HTC Libra.
The first smartkey for the device lock brings up the space to put in the password I created. But after typing the password, the key for "unlock" doesn't activate. Anyone experience this. I can't get into my phone and really would like any incite. THX. Do you find this valuable?

Too phone back to Verizon... they have never seen anything like this before. They replaced the device. Think it is a "software glitch." Go figure... Do you find this valuable?
