I can able to use "chat" but I cannot use voice. Any sugestions?

The only version of skype known to work on HTC 6800 is beta 2.2.0.20. Grab a working copy from http://www.electronic-gadgets-4u.com/sprint_mogul_new_rom.htm

Just download the file from the above site. run the file on your desktop with phone connected to it. It will take care of the rest.
