I can see the picture on my LCD, but the touchscreen does not work. I can only use my phone with the buttons and slide keyboard. Would this be a software mulfunction, or do i have to replace my touch screen.
My phone is the Cingular 8525 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Try resetting your device to the factory defaults or reload the ROM loaded. If neither of those work the problem is probably resulting from something wrong with the touch screen itself. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

My phone did the same thing today. I was told by At & t that it is comon on this type of phone. They are sending me a replacement. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
