I want to create GPS/Navigator application for my own need. And how can I get coordinate from Internal GPS device. Please help.

I take a look some articles there, but no found to setup internal GPS. I found that some article say that we must set software port at external GPS. The question is why external if I have internal GPS? Is that true that Kaiser has GPS module as internal GPS?
