Exchange Email on my MDA
In addition to personal POP e-mail accounts, the MDA can also synchronize information directly with an Exhchange Server. Follow the steps below to configure your device to synchronize directly with an Exchange Server
- From the Today screen, select Start > Programs > ActiveSync.
- Select Menu > Configure Server.
NOTE: if no synchronization has been completed with the Exchange Server yet, this menu item will read Add Server Source. - In Server address, enter the

- Select Next.
- Enter the user name, password, and domain.
- User Name and Password are case sensitive
- To ensure the user name and password are being typed correctly, it is recommended that the on screen keyboard is used
- Tap Next.
- Select the Save password text box for automatic synchronization to be enabled.
- To change the rules for resolving synchronization conflicts, tap Advanced and select options as desired.
- Select the check boxes for the types of information to be synchronized with Exchange Server.
- Tap Next.
- To change available synchronization settings, select the type of information and select Settings.
- Tap Finish.
- On the ActiveSync screen, tap Sync to initiate the first server sync

What if one needs to replace username or domain information? Editing the account does not allow that!
