    MICCOMICCO 8525 and Mobile 6 1 Nov 10 2008, 11:37 PM EST by Anonymous

    I downloaded Mobile 6 OS to my 8525 and found that I could not set up my msn.com e-mail. When I contacted support they said that I had to use Windows Live, but that does not allow more than one e-mail address to be used, that I can find. Can anyone give any insight to this situation. I am not happy with the e-mail Mobile 6 offers as my two main e-mails are with MSN

    I did a hard reset on my 8525 (right and left softkeys + reset button), and responded R when it asked for confirmation. But now it’s at the screen alignment (tap screen), and the unit does not respond to my screen taps. What do I do next?

    do you have the latest rom update?
    If you do, try screen alignment, if that doesn't work; try hard reset again and incase you need to upgrade rom, perform a hard reset immediately after your upgrade;

    Is there a fix for the top line part of the screen where the volume and time and missed calls etc shows up? sometimes my tilt does not recognize the screen tap to open up my calendar or say my calculator while I am in a call and HTC rep said there would be a fix for it in late Jan and I am still waiting. Maybe, I am just finding it.
